Return Policy

1. Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at info.boutique.louna@gmail.com before sending back the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns sent without prior notice or after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping costs paid by the customer.

• Alternatively, you may choose a store credit (voucher) instead of a refund. In this case, you will receive the refund amount plus an additional +5% bonus, also after deducting the return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.

5. Processing Time

Refunds or store credits will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
