1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our online store Boutique Louna. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Availability

• All items are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders if necessary.

• Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in Euro (€) and may be displayed in local EU currencies where available.

• Payment is due immediately upon checkout.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Ownership of Goods

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

• We ship exclusively within the European Union, except to Malta.

• Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary and delays can occur.

6. Errors

In case of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified immediately and refunded if applicable.

7. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping costs paid by the customer. Alternatively, you can choose a store credit (voucher) with an additional +5% bonus, also applied after deducting the return shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure or shipping providers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union.
